If I ask, ‘What do you talk about the most?’
1. Do you discuss your strengths?
2. Do you focus on your weaknesses?
3. Or do you avoid the topic entirely?
Most people either focus on ‘how to overcome weaknesses’ or avoid discussing these topics altogether. Less than 25% talk about their strengths.
Remember, ‘Good is not the opposite of Bad.’
If you’re aiming for good, you don’t just study the bad and flip it, do you? The opposite of bad is simply ‘not bad,’ which is very different from good or great.
To be truly productive in both your professional and personal life, you need to study your strengths and find ways to harness them.
So, let’s make a conscious effort to focus on our *strengths* and intentionally apply them in our daily lives.
